Training through fatigue to avoid pussy-ness
I’m proud of today’s training despite average performance in both workouts. It is a confidence booster to power through AM strength training and a PM 10 mile trail run when I woke up unmotivated and worn out. I managed every scheduled rep, set, and mile when I felt like doing nothing more than taking the day off. These are the days, even more than PR efforts, that build the mental toughness I need to keep improving.
